Yes, we do.
Can I send newsletters/promotion emails?
No you can't. Unless the recipient has specifically opted in to the email, and you provide an unsubscribe link in each email.
Where are your servers located?
The webmail servers are located in Europe and California, USA.
How much storage do I really need?
Emails don't really use much storage, you can start off with 5GB and upgrade later if required.
What happens if I send spam?
The service may be suspended or terminated. You will not be eligible for a refund. This is because SPAM emails can put our addresses into blacklists, and it affects deliverability for other users.
