How do I use the storage?
The storage platform used is Nextcloud, which can be accessed through our website, and apps for Mac, Windows, Android and iOS.
Is my data secure?
All our servers have full server side encryption and RAID disks.
Is it fast?
Our Cloud Storage servers are run on highly available resources and run HDDs with SSD caching.
Our Cloud Storage servers are also run on dedicated systems solely for this service on a port with a minimum of 500mbps
What happens if there is a data loss?
In the unlikely event this happens, we normally keep backups and use RAID disks. You are expected keep backups of your own data however.
Do you have an SLA?
We guarantee at least a 99.9% uptime guarantee, if the downtime exceeds this, you will recieve credit for a maximum of 1 month worth of service.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes you can! The storage location cannot be changed however unless you buy another plan.
